We invite you to discover the Champagne Castelnau service ritual:

Take hold of your glass and feel every aspect of this moment. Comfortable to hold, light and elegant. Grab the bottle and get ready to pour. This is the importance of the serving ritual proposed by Champagne Castelnau. The secret lies in two key moments: the tilting of the glass and the serving movement.
First, tilt the glass at around 20 degrees. So that the bulge receives the champagne directly.
Then let the champagne slide gently down the wall. Then straighten the glass. The delicate string of bubbles dances, at once frail and powerful.
You’re ready for an intense sensory journey.

Take the first sip. Let your taste buds dance to the rhythm of champagne’s fine bubbles and lively, deep aromas. Feel it. Share.
And forget everything for a moment. All to yourself.

Champagne can be stored for several years, but it is best to drink it within 3 to 5 years to enjoy its optimum freshness and flavour. However, storage time may vary depending on the type of champagne and storage conditions.

Non-vintage champagnes (brut, extra brut, etc.) are generally designed to be drunk young, whereas vintage champagnes can be aged for longer, sometimes up to 10 years or more, depending on the cuvée and the vintage.

But there’s one thing that all bottles have in common: it’s important to store champagne in the right conditions, i.e. at a constant temperature of around 10-15 degrees Celsius, away from direct sunlight and temperature fluctuations. A wine cellar or specialist special fridge can be a good option for optimum preservation.
